Welcome we are glad you are visiting us!
The New Orleans Dream Center (NODC) is not about a building, but about people. We are a faith-based, non-profit, volunteer driven organization dedicated to helping care for the whole person – spirit, soul and body.
It is a place where loving people love other people. It is a place for healing the sick, lifting the fallen and mending the broken. As we empower people with love, they will rise out of despair and defeat to live victoriously. A new generation will arise to lift their families and neighborhoods from poverty to prosperity, from crime to caring, from brokenness to blessing, from sickness to soundness and from fear to freedom.
The NODC provides multiple outreach programs and utilizes the donated services of professionals and support staff to fulfill our vision to “reach people and build lives.”

Director, New Orleans Dream Center
Founded as a result of Hurricane Katrina, we soon learned that just because a hurricane is gone; the restoration of human lives will be forever our work.
We care for the people of the City of New Orleans by hosting many outreach programs and events. Each year over 1,000 adults and children across all races and cultures are provided with free medical services and we partner with other faith based organizations to extend our reach even further. Lots of love through our Adopt-A-Box Thanksgiving program offers seniors and families with all the necessities for a home cooked Thanksgiving meal. Home Mission Teams from across the nation continue to help rebuild not only structures but also lives.
Our Street Team, through public education and outreach to the exploited men, women and children of New Orleans, is committed to lift up those who are trapped and work towards eradicating the ever-growing problem of human trafficking.
Because of our Pastors, Partners, Donors and Volunteers and most importantly--the Grace of God--we have accomplished more than ever imagined! Take a look at our 2013 Year in Review.
